Chocolate: the movie

"Jija" Yanin Vismistananda in the 2008 film "Chocolate," directed by Prachya Pinkaew.

Girl eats handfuls of M&Ms (thus the title), learns martial arts by watching TV, then kicks ass. Sounds yummy.
